i am
Hello! I'm Tanyia Bowlding
A licensed teacher of Fine Arts with 23 years of experience developing individualized learning strategies; nurturing creative expression among students, and providing a creative, fun, and safe learning environment for students to communicate and develop their skills.
When I'm not teaching, I'm designing logos and branding materials; creating illustrations, graphics, and vector-based artwork for a variety of media outlets.
I’m also a published author and my first book is ABC’s of Art. I have two more books, No Need to Fear and Ooh, Aah, Oh, scheduled to come out before the end of the year.

Develop and implement creative, engaging art activities .
Adapt lessons and activities to accommodate individual student’s needs
Promote creativity, build student’s confidence, encourage self-expression, emotional processing, and, psychological healing.
Instruct students on proper use of materials, tools, and techniques for creating artwork.
Expose students to a variety of art forms, materials, mediums, techniques, and processes.
Nurture imagination and help students connect with their inner artist.
